    Comfortable room with great attention to detail.

    Unfortunately, the front desk closing at 8 PM was quite inconvenient for us. This limited our access to support, especially on our last night when we faced loud disturbances that hindered our sleep. The lack of bathroom facilities on the first floor was disappointing. It would have been much more comfortable to have a space to freshen up before our departure without incurring extra charges.

    After hoping for a royal experience, the service here was painfully ordinary. One staff member was outright rude to my partner, and to add insult, the room tidying cutoff was a joke. No restroom on the first floor? Absolutely absurd. With such inconveniences, a complimentary upgrade should've been offered but didn't even see that. Just couldn't give a good review.

    Perfect location for exploring Rome!

    The location was spot-on, just a short walk to all the main sights. We enjoyed sipping coffee at nearby cafes, such a nice touch. Room was super spacious and cleaned daily, but the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times. Still, overall, it was a solid stay!
